Maintenance Technician for Brewery Operations

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will support brewery operations by repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment used in brewing and packaging, as well as performing general facility maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, replace, adjust, and align machinery components; clean and lubricate parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, and service plant equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, boilers and chillers.
• Utilize the CMMS system to manage work orders, document parts usage, and record labor hours.
• Conduct stick and TIG welding, including sanitary welding, and rebuild pneumatic cylinders, valves, pumps, and gearboxes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational training or associate’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in food & beverage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• CMMS usage and basic computer skills (MS Windows, Outlook).
• Stick and TIG welding, sanitary welding.
• Basic electrical construction, conduit work, AC/DC drive troubleshooting.
• PLC programming, ladder logic troubleshooting, and pneumatic/hydraulic system repair.
