Maintenance Technician – Diega (San Diego)

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at a stabilized high‑rise property in San Diego. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs according to company policies.
- Maintain weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in a stabilized high‑rise environment.
- Ability to work independently and follow established safety and quality standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
