About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the Alta Purl property in Charlotte, NC operating safely and efficiently. This full‑time position supports resident requests, preventative maintenance and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

Respond to work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks across building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas.
Execute the “make‑ready” process to ready vacant apartments for leasing and new move‑ins.
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule as needed.
