Leasing Manager - Whitehall Parc

About the role

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Manager for Whitehall Parc, a stabilized garden community of 298 units in Charlotte, NC. The role manages the community's marketing, advertising, sales activities, leasing team and other resources to reach revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals. Schedule is Monday to Friday plus rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities, oversee on-site traffic, set rent pricing and concessions, and monitor day-to-day sales and leasing.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and implement pricing, leasing incentive and advertising strategies.
• Develop print and internet advertising, use property management software to run sales and leasing reports, and work with the maintenance team to keep the community safe and attractive.
• Generate and monitor traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and complete move-ins.
• Analyze financial, shop, traffic and closing ratio reports, present leasing results to clients and owners, and supervise the leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.
• Oversee the lease renewal program, handle resident move-outs, and respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible schedule including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly range of $19.00 - $21.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
