Maintenance Technician - Central Park at Whisman Station

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Central Park at Whisman Station community in Mountain View, California. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects and execute repairs according to established policies.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in property maintenance.
- Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
- Availability to work Sunday‑Thursday, 8 am‑5 pm.
