Maintenance Technician – Bolton West Charlotte

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Bolton West Charlotte property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory needed for routine and emergency repairs.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Willingness to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, with occasional on‑call duties.
