Maintenance Technician – Avila (Rancho Santa Margarita)

About the role
The Maintenance Technician – Avila will ensure that the physical components of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, appliances, plumbing, drywall and other mechanical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide on‑call support and weekend coverage as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing and drywall.
- Ability to work weekends and be on call.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Leonardo 247 is preferred.
