Maintenance Technician – Aviara (Mountain House)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Aviara community in Mountain House. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all work orders and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 8 am‑5 pm with on‑call availability.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
