Maintenance Technician – Alders Cross Creek

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time role supports resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and follow established maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness, safety and functionality of building components.
- Good communication skills for interacting with residents and scheduling external service providers.
