Maintenance Technician – Albion Music Row

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician for the Albion Music Row property in Nashville. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new move‑ins, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
• Respond to rotating on‑call schedule as needed to address urgent maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with building systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety standards and code compliance.
