Maintenance Supervisor – Strawberry Hill

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and coordinate ordering of supplies and tools with the Community Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose the source of defects and perform repairs following established policies and safety codes.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors and internal teams to complete maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting work and maintaining inventory.
• Capability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards across the community.
