Maintenance Supervisor - Lineage at Willow Creek

About the role

Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Lineage at Willow Creek, a garden-style apartment community of 121 homes in the 185th and Triple Creek neighborhoods of Beaverton/Hillsboro. The supervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical work so that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. The property runs with a Maintenance Supervisor and a part-time Maintenance Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property
• Supervise up to 5 employees
• Help develop the budget for regular repairs, maintenance and capital expenses
• Delegate and complete resident work orders in a timely manner

Required profile

• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and maintenance, and carpentry
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress

Required skills

• Safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (required)
• Property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
