Maintenance Supervisor for Eden at Tradition Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform routine upkeep of the community to maintain overall property condition.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established procedures and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow safety protocols, and adhere to code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and coordinate make‑ready activities.
• Capability to supervise and schedule external vendors and contractors as needed.
