Maintenance Supervisor for Avana Stoneridge Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that the Avana Stoneridge community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday with on‑call duties every two weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee technical and mechanical work on HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, evaluate effectiveness of procedures, and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership abilities with hands‑on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lead service teams, coordinate maintenance operations, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
