Maintenance Supervisor – Energy Corridor (Houston, TX)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position is based in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance work in residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize repairs, and follow safety and code guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Effective communication with residents, team members, and external service providers.
