Maintenance Supervisor – Cru at Willows 124

About the role
Cru at Willows 124 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its property‑management team in Seattle. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of building systems to ensure the community’s interiors, exteriors, grounds and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and perform mechanical and technical maintenance across residential units, common areas and exterior facilities.
- Ensure all building systems, grounds and amenities are kept clean, safe and fully operational.
- Coordinate routine inspections and address repair requests promptly to maintain high resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory maintenance role.
- Strong commitment to customer service and ability to lead a high‑performing team.
