Maintenance Supervisor – Bayshore Landing

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position oversees daily maintenance operations and coordinates repairs and vendor services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and scheduling contractors.
• Coordinate routine upkeep of community areas, grounds, and amenities to maintain overall property condition.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and vendor interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
