About the role

The Facilities Management Department seeks a Maintenance Repair Worker II to perform skilled and semi‑skilled repair functions across various building trades, with a focus on HVAC systems.

Key responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance duties in trades areas, especially HVAC.
Support the department’s operation, maintenance, and monitoring of county‑owned and leased facilities.

Required profile

Completion of secondary education.
Two to three years of experience in building trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, or painting.
Current valid Ohio vehicle operator’s license.
HVAC background preferred.
