Principal Scheduler for Airport Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Principal Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts on the Houston Airport Systems project. This senior role oversees all phases of schedule development, management, and execution for a large, complex infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resolve complex project control issues, interfacing with clients and delivering statistical reports.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structures, forecast project costs, and assess impacts of design or construction changes.
• Lead a team to analyze, evaluate, and report schedule status against established baselines.
• Coordinate staffing, supervise project activities, and conduct performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Typically 15+ years of experience in project controls with leadership responsibilities.
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related disciplines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Project Controls software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
