Maintenance & Paint Coordinator

About the role

PTI-QCS is looking for a Maintenance & Paint Coordinator to ensure optimal performance of industrial equipment, paint lines, and pretreatment systems. This full‑time, on‑site position is essential for maintaining uninterrupted operations and the highest quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on industrial equipment and paint lines.
• Interpret electrical schematics and address control‑system problems.
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to optimize processes.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to minimize equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with paint line equipment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Industrial painting equipment (e.g., Graco, Ransburg systems).
• Electrical and control systems, including reading electrical schematics.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Electric motors.
• Basic operation and programming of Fanuc P250 robots (preferred).
• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
