Maintenance Lead – Avana Property

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Lead to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Avana community in Rancho Cucamonga. The role ensures that apartments, common areas, grounds and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and implementing repairs.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet established timelines and safety procedures.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors for specialized services.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a maintenance lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience with HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
