Maintenance General Manager

About the role

Felner Corp. is seeking a Maintenance General Manager to lead its maintenance team and drive operational excellence across its property portfolio. Reporting directly to the President, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations, including property inspections, technician scheduling, and workflow management.
• Directly manage a skilled maintenance team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Collaborate with property managers and subcontractors to coordinate service execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Contribute to revenue‑generating initiatives and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical trades, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational performance and service quality.
