Machine Operator – Brazing Specialist III (1st Shift)

About the role

Join Bosch's Lincolnton Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center as a Machine Operator – Brazing Specialist III. You will support the startup and implementation of a new brazing production line, learning the process first‑hand and helping to develop work instructions and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the launch of the brazing operation, including extended overseas training.
• Communicate regularly with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
• Train, monitor, and provide feedback to new production associates on the assigned shift.
• Load, unload, operate, adjust, change‑over, and maintain multiple machines while applying 5S principles.
• Reach daily production targets and promptly escalate any deviations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational schooling is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience with brazing processes or similar manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, be mobile for 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lb.
