About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support merger and acquisition transactions for the fund.
• Provide legal advice on high‑value deals and related regulatory matters.
• Assist with shareholder activism matters where applicable.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal investment teams and external counsel.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong M&A experience gained at a leading law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Exposure to shareholder activism matters (strongly preferred).
• Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• J.D. from a reputable law school.
