LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse – West Texas

About the role

Provide in‑home private‑duty nursing care for medically complex children aged 0‑20 in the Lubbock, TX area. Deliver compassionate, skilled support to families while ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor health, safety, and potential abuse or neglect situations, following reporting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic charting after each shift.
• Manage medical supplies and respond to parents’ health‑related questions.
• Uphold company policies, HIPAA standards, and punctual attendance.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing (RN, LVN, or LPN).
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Availability for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN schedules, including weekends and night shifts.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Electronic charting (KanTime).
