About the role

Community Dental Partners is seeking a PRN or locum dentist to join Family Smiles of Lubbock on a flexible, part‑time basis. The position supports a fully digital practice with strong front‑office and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

Provide dental care across multiple locations.
Collaborate with fully supported front‑office and clinical teams.
Utilize a fully digital practice environment.
Travel within the region as needed, with the nearest airport (LBB) for convenience.

Required profile

MCNA Dental Texas Medicaid credentialed provider.
Ability to live or travel within the Lubbock region.
Commitment to making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Interest in contributing to a positive work culture.
New graduates or experienced dentists seeking mentorship and continuing education.
