Luxury Hotel General Manager – Miami Beach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel General Manager to lead our flagship property in Miami Beach. This full‑time, on‑site role will drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold the hotel’s unique artistic identity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to achieve profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team and coordinate with all departments.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local artists, cultural partners, and community stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial management and operational oversight.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
