About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Urology Practice at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach. This part‑time, day‑shift position provides direct patient care in a collaborative, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care, including accurate medication administration and documentation.
Perform pain‑management assessments, patient teaching, and follow nursing interventions under RN/Physician supervision.
Recognize and report changes in patient status to the Charge Nurse or physicians.
Maintain complete, up‑to‑date patient records and adhere to JCAHO safety goals.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current Florida LPN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Knowledge of infection‑control practices and computer literacy.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
