About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will join the fast‑paced G90 Urology/Medical‑Surgical Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, providing hands‑on care to patients recovering from complex surgical procedures during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, document and report patient data and observations to the RN or authorized provider.
- Implement and contribute to care plans as directed by an RN.
- Administer medications and treatments authorized by a provider and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and educate patients and families.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing Program.
- Current Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of patient care experience preferred.
Required skills
- Medication administration.
- Patient data documentation.
