About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital on the 5th‑floor Med/Surg unit, providing care for general, urology and gynecologic patients. Work days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

Collect, document and report patient data and observations to the RN or authorized provider.
Implement and contribute to care plans as directed by an RN.
Administer medications and treatments authorized by a provider and monitor for adverse reactions.
Perform routine laboratory tests and educate patients and families.
Participate in orientation of new employees and share knowledge.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing Program.
Current Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Preferred: one year of patient care experience.

Required skills

Ohio LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Medication administration and monitoring.
