About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, in an Intensive Outpatient Psych Clinic. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Deliver care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients.
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience.
Adapt to rapid changes in unit needs and support ancillary nursing staff.

Required profile

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current LPN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience handling confidential information in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

IV therapy administration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques.
