About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty home care in the Charleston area. You will deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing services directly in clients’ homes, supporting their health and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes and provide one‑to‑one nursing care according to a schedule you help set.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state of South Carolina.
