About the role

The LPN Clinical Coordinator teaches nursing courses in a clinical/lab environment, oversees student progress, and coordinates clinical rotations for practical nursing cohorts at West Georgia Technical College.

Key responsibilities

Provide instruction in theory and practical nursing applications in lab/clinical settings.
Develop and maintain curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and accreditation documentation.
Coordinate and assign clinical rotation sites for all practical nursing cohorts.
Prepare budgets, manage supplies, and support recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution and a current Georgia RN license (or eligible).
Minimum of 3 years recent nursing experience and BLS (CPR) certification.
Strong computer and communication skills with ability to work with a diverse student population.

Required skills

BLS CPR certification.
Proficiency with standard office and instructional technology.
