Logistics Technician – Niagara Falls

About the role

As a Logistics Technician at Cascades Greenpac Mill in Niagara Falls, you will support daily warehouse, shipping and inventory activities to ensure efficient product flow through the mill and to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Update schedules and track truck arrivals, departures, and no‑shows.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, guard shack personnel, and corporate teams.
• Support shipping activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and bin monitoring.
• Plan product movements and temporary storage to support warehouse flow.
• Report trailer damage, incidents, and non‑conformance issues.
• Process load changes and update internal systems.
• Compile operational data for basic KPI reporting.
• Ensure SOPs are followed for goods issuing and transportation validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse support, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Strong analysis, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable and solutions‑oriented with a proactive, collaborative work style.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• SAP (experience highly desirable).
