Air Logistics Specialist – Global Services (Quick OCC)

About the role

As an Air Logistics Specialist within Kuehne+Nagel’s Global Services team, you will support the USA Control Towers by ensuring priority package information is accurate and timely throughout the logistics chain. You will act as a key point of contact for vendors, carriers and internal colleagues, helping to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, adjust and enter package data into internal systems to maintain data integrity.
• Initiate and receive calls with vendors, carriers and stakeholders to confirm priority shipment details.
• Track shipments online, follow up on documentation and provide timely updates.
• Execute tasks based on provided documentation using internal platforms.
• Communicate daily with service providers and Kuehne+Nagel colleagues via Teams, email or phone to resolve exceptions and mismatches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for time‑sensitive inquiries.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calling.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and rotating shifts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
