Logistics Specialist

About the role

Carda Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to manage medical device fulfillment for its remote cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs. You will work independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment, interfacing with patients, warehouses, and shipping partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels for cardiac and pulmonary rehab devices across all programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients experiencing lost, damaged, delayed, or billing‑related shipment issues.
• Investigate and resolve delivery problems in coordination with carrier partners.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment errors, packaging quality issues, and inventory discrepancies, escalating to warehouse operations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, lost, and damaged devices.
• Collaborate with Member Experience, Warehouse Operations, and other internal teams to resolve patient issues quickly.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Comfortable using inventory or warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including direct patient‑facing communication.
• Experience working with shipping carriers and resolving delivery or billing disputes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
