Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join a global leader in sustainable climate solutions as a Logistics Specialist. You will be responsible for the efficient movement of parts, equipment, and supplies while ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Stage, ship, and receive parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Deliver parts to customer locations or job sites.
• Practice safe material handling using pallet jacks, forklifts, dollies, material carts, and rolling ladders.
• File freight bills of lading, packing slips, and other documents for inventory reconciliation and audit.
• Receive, inspect, and stock shipments while keeping the warehouse area clean and orderly.
• Work overtime or weekends as required.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to qualify for company fleet insurance.
• Compliance with traffic laws and company transportation procedures.
• Good eyesight, hearing, and physical condition to perform heavy physical tasks.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain effective working relationships.

• Safe vehicle operation and inspection.
• Inventory verification against shipping documents.
