Truck Driver – Home Daily – CDL A

About the role

XPO is seeking reliable Class A CDL drivers who can return home daily. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, full benefits from day one, and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor‑trailer combination, including doubles and triples, for up to 11 consecutive hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads while on the road.
• Load and unload freight, handling objects up to 75 lb and operating a converter dolly.
• Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, including drug testing and medical certification.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to obtain hazardous‑materials, tank‑vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days (or already possess them).
• Pass a DOT drug test and have no positive tests or refusals in the past three years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company‑paid DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule availability for 12–14‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
