Logistics Specialist – Customs Clearance & Logistics

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage customs clearance and logistics for B2B product and system shipments entering the United States. The role supports international freight coordination, U.S. customs processing, and domestic delivery to customer sites or project locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance at major U.S. ports, airports and customs facilities.
• Manage international freight by sea, air, rail, truck and express services.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, transport companies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin, HS codes, duty and tax calculations.
• Oversee domestic logistics from port/warehouse to final delivery, including trucking and last‑mile distribution.
• Track shipment status, clearance progress and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
• Collect feedback on customs requirements, freight costs, warehouse conditions and inland transportation timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs brokerage, international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across borders.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
