Logistics & Operations Specialist

About the role

The Logistics & Operations Specialist will report to the Operations Manager and support the efficient movement of supplies, stock, and products through our delivery and warehouse systems. This part‑time position ensures timely order fulfillment for both stores and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate shipping, arrange transportation, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with minimal delay.
• Receive products, prepare loads for shipment, and maintain optimal warehouse capacity.
• Oversee inventory of goods and vehicles, manage order‑fulfilment cycles, and continuously review freight costs.
• Lead operations in fulfillment of standard prep items such as tea dose bags, e‑commerce orders, and proprietary syrups.

Required profile

• At least one year of logistics or operations experience.
• Proven ability to control costs through process improvements.
• Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and efficient time‑management mindset.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and quality management principles.
