Logistics Coordinator – Warehousing & Distribution (M‑F, 6am‑3pm)

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehousing and distribution activities. You will act as the central point for order processing, inventory control, and communication between the warehouse, customers, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders and distribution accounts each day.
• Generate accurate operational reports and required paperwork for work orders.
• Perform data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.
• Rate domestic transportation bills and trace orders, notifying customers of any status changes.
• Maintain billing accuracy, damage records, and back‑order logs.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and act as liaison between warehouse and customers.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and support miscellaneous projects, filing, and research.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and external regulations.
• Escalate issues to management when required.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of related logistics or warehouse experience, or equivalent education.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
