Logistics Coordinator

About the role

A growing transportation and mobile space solutions company in Eastern Iowa is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support customers and internal operations teams. The role ensures timely, responsive service while handling logistics coordination, order management, and seasonal account activity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems, assisting with orders, scheduling, delivery updates and service questions.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, relocations and service requests; support logistics planning, scheduling and maintain accurate records.
• Provide dedicated support for seasonal and event‑driven customers during peak periods, handling order intake, scheduling and communications.
• Maintain documentation, customer records and operational reports; assist with order entry and account maintenance using Microsoft Office and company software.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of customer service, account coordination, logistics, dispatch, scheduling or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to learn new software and technology systems quickly.

What we offer

• Pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full‑time, on‑site schedule with two shift options: 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM or 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.
