Litigation Associate – Remote (Miami)

About the role

We are a boutique plaintiff‑side securities litigation firm seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our growing practice. The position is remote‑first, with the team spread across several states, and focuses on high‑end securities and commercial litigation in federal court.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, prepare briefing packages, and manage early‑stage litigation strategy.
• Conduct complex legal research and produce high‑quality written work.
• Independently manage federal court cases, including multi‑plaintiff actions and EB‑5 investor disputes.
• Collaborate with attorneys nationwide through twice‑weekly firmwide meetings.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with litigation workflow standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of federal court litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
• Florida Bar membership.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments proactively, and communicate effectively.
• Commercial litigation experience acceptable; securities litigation a plus.
