Litigation Associate (Junior to Mid‑Level)

About the role

The Miami office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a junior to mid‑level Litigation Associate with strong Spanish language fluency. You will work on both domestic and international litigation matters, handling a variety of legal documents in Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery processes and coordinate with local counsel.
• Defend clients against litigation and support case strategy.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial lawsuits, from initiation to resolution.
• Participate in courtroom and deposition activities as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience at a top‑tier firm or judicial clerkship.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Spanish language fluency is a substantial plus.
• Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure.
