About the role
Houliwan's Restaurant & Bar at the Doubletree in Front Royal is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional line/grill cook. You will work both lunch and dinner shifts, preparing a variety of meals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set up the workstation with all necessary equipment.
- Prep minor ingredients for cooking.
- Follow franchise recipes and standards.
- Operate cooking equipment such as grills and cookers.
- Monitor stock and inventory levels.
- Prepare exquisite dishes and ensure proper meal preparation.
- Maintain a sanitized working environment.
Required profile
- Familiarity with cooking utensils and procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- High school diploma, certificate, or associate degree.
