Line Cook – Pizza

About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Line Cook focused on pizza preparation. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high‑quality dishes for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza and other menu items by accurately following recipes and procedures.
• Manage your station efficiently to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
• Support teammates, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold conditions.
• Minimum age 16 (18 to operate certain equipment) and effective communication skills.
