About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Line Cook focused on pasta and salad stations. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality dishes to guests in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare high‑quality food by accurately following recipes and procedures.
Manage assigned station efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
Support team members, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
Comply with all food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
Must be at least 16 years old (18 to operate certain equipment).
Effective communication skills and manual dexterity.
