About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Line Cook focused on pasta and pizza during nights and weekends. You'll play a key part in delivering high‑quality dishes to our guests.

Key responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage your station efficiently to meet order timelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with teammates and assist with dishwashing as needed.
Follow food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations.
Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or incidents promptly.

Required profile

Experience in a high‑volume kitchen preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold conditions.
Minimum age 16 (18 to operate certain equipment) and effective communication skills.
