About the role
Oregano's is seeking enthusiastic line cooks to join its kitchen in Paradise Valley. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality dishes and ensuring a smooth, safe, and clean cooking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality food by accurately following recipes and procedures.
- Manage an assigned station efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
- Support the team by collaborating with staff and assisting with dishwashing when needed.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.
Required profile
- High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
- Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold conditions.
- Effective communication skills and manual dexterity.
