Line Cook – Hopkins Location

About the role

Join Pizza Lucé’s high‑volume kitchen team as a Line Cook at the Hopkins location. You’ll be the heart of the operation, preparing Minnesota’s best pizza and supporting a fast‑paced service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble menu items, including pizza, hoagies, salads, and specialty items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized cooking area.
• Follow recipe specifications and proper food production techniques.
• Handle allergy, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten‑free orders with care to avoid cross‑contamination.
• Perform duties across all kitchen stations: prep, dishwashing, sauté, pizza, hoagie line, and large‑party production.
• Rotate, label, initial, and date food and supplies correctly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of cooking experience.
• Must be 18 + years old and able to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food storage, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
